ON/OFF - power on or power off switch
DEGREES- Celsius and Fahrenheit display switch
RESET - Reset the temperature setting. (MAX & MIN)
REC. - Adjust the default temperature by using the cross-head screw
driver. Turning the adjustor clockwise will increase temperature
threshold while turning the adjustor counter-clockwise will
decrease temperature threshold. (The screen should be shown
without MIN or MAX). Press the button "REC" to record the
temperature.
SAMPLE RATE - 1 second
RANGE - 0 to 90 degrees C (32 to 194 degrees F)
RESOLUTION - 0.1 degrees C (0.1 degrees F)
ACCURACY - +/- 1 degrees C (+/-2 degrees F)
